Nude Influencers respects intellectual-property rights and expects visitors and third-party stream providers to do the same. The website operates as a discovery and ranking interface and does not claim ownership of third-party streams, performer images, trademarks, or provider content.

When a valid copyright complaint is received, we may remove or disable access to the identified material or link while the claim is reviewed.

Submitting a DMCA notice

A copyright owner, or a person authorized to act for one, should send a written notice containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. The exact NudeRank URL where the disputed material or link appears.
3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

If material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may send a legally sufficient counter-notification to the same address. We may forward notices and counter-notices to the relevant parties or service providers.

Repeat infringement and abuse

Access may be restricted for repeat infringement. Fraudulent or materially misleading notices may create legal liability.
